Groups moderaction

As you see in the end of the main page of the Index, there's something that is called "User groups" they're used for make times of users. In this forum I've planned a challenge about the Sly Cooper game that we can play. So the "users groups" function as "Times". I won't be moderationg any of those times because there should be someone to handle the time, (witch is called the moderator of the time..).
Well there's a few times that still don't have anyone on them so if anyone wants to join them, please click on the name of your time.
